Set along the growing corridor of Warsak Road, Peshawar, the project brings together commerce, hospitality, and living within a coherent architectural language that balances openness with privacy, permanence with adaptability. Rooted in climate, proportion, and material honesty, the design seeks to create a place that is both contemporary and enduring — an architecture defined not by spectacle, but by the quality of the spaces it offers and the life it accommodates.
