Fahd Tower

A layered mixed-use building on GT Road organised around a generous central void that draws in daylight, movement and landscape.

The project explores the city as a sequence of interconnected layers rather than isolated functions. Retail, hospitality, workplaces, and residential spaces are woven together around a generous central void, allowing movement, daylight, and landscape to become integral architectural elements. Located on GT Road, Peshawar, the building responds to its urban context through openness instead of monumentality, creating a permeable environment where architecture mediates between the energy of the street and the intimacy of everyday life.
